At Paw Supplies Shop (Legal name – Contentegy LLC), we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return process.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Condition of Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Safety seals must be intact

Important: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened bags of pet food, treats, or supplements.

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging whenever possible
  • Include your packing slip or order number inside the package

4. Return Shipping & Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened food, treats, or supplements (with broken safety seals)
  • Live animals
  • Custom-made or personalized items
